Proposal...

Kaine slowly came to the fifty feet--or taller--gates of the Leaf village. Although most people would be relieved to finally come to somewhere they can rest up after a long travel under the beating heat of the sun, Kaine was indifferent, and was actually sort of disappointing. She had wish to see a bit more and enjoy the hot sun sizzling her skin a bit more. Still, she wasn't just in the village for peace and relaxation. She had business to attend to. Maybe after, and only after, she would take sometime to relax.

She walked straight towards the gate, as she didn't really expect much trouble. True she was a member of the Akatsuki, but most people didn't know this because of the fact she had never actually committed a crime, neither did she actually wear her Akatsuki cloak for people to identify her as such--this time being no exclusion as she was dressed in her usual attire of negligee and panties.

She came to the gates and gave the two guards stationed there a smile and a bow as she stopped. They questioned her about some personal stuff about her name, age, blood type, etc--some of which she had to lie about--as well as some other stuff, and then they had searched her.

Once she had gone through all of that, Kaine wasted not much time exploring as she head to the large, and quite obvious, building of the Hokage's Office. She wondered for a second if having such a obvious building was strategic, but didn't ponder too long, especially since it did help her find the Hokage, Ren Izamu. She was told Anbu were going to be keeping surveillance over her, so, rather than just going there she had to actually be escorted to the Hokage's Office.

Arriving, they showed her in and stated a few stuff about her name and request to see him, then she stood in wait with the anbu' awating the Hokage's okay to come in.

Ren Izamu was looking at some paperwork while word got out that a young woman has entered his village, he didn't know what to make of it, but he will see what the woman wanted, after finishing his paperwork, he gave a soft "Come in!" to the Anbu stationed outside to let the girl enter his office.

With permission granted, Kaine thanked the Anbu before they flashed off in a instant. She entered through the open door, and was immediately greeted by the site of the Hokage, Ren Izamu. "It's a pleasure to meet you Lord Hokage." She smiled and then bowed as she stood a few feet away from his desk.

She really wanted to do what she came to the village to do before all else, but she couldn't help but wonder if it was a bad time since it seemed he had hurriedly finished some paperwork on his desk--since they were still there--in order to meet her. She furrowed a eyebrow questionably. "I hope am not disturbing you Lord Hokage. Hope my presence isn't adding to your already stressful job."

Ren just smiled and tilted his hat to look at the woman in the eyes with his slitted emerald green ones, and said with a calm voice. Nonsense!. You aren't bothering me at all, so please," Here he gestured at the chair in front of his desk and waited for the girl to sit, and when she did so he will intertwined his hand in front of his face and gave the woman a stare with his eyes and ask. "To what do I own this meeting young woman?. If there something you need to ask me?"

Kaine accepted his request for her to sit. If he said she wasn't bother him then who was she to say otherwise. He stared at her making her sort of snicker for some reason as she returned the stare pleasantly. He seemed like a nice person; so far at least. She was hoping though that that kindness wouldn't change once she told him exactly what she was here for.

She hadn't really thought of a plan when she came to do this - something rare with her, since she had learn since young that she must think one-hudnred steps ahead. As such, she was basically winging it. She didn't think of any backup plan in case that the Hokage didn't accept her proposal and would have her arrested once she told him the news. Still, she wasn't willing to take that risk for the Akatsuki and everyone else in it, even if death was in store; to her their lives were more important than her own.

Sighing, Kaine closed her eyes to lessen her frustration of the moment. "Please don't be alarmed about this Lord Hokage, but, what would you say if I was to say I was a member of the famous organization, Akatsuki, and I was here to negotiate a treaty of sort between you and us." With that said, she opened her eyes to stare at the man in the his to see his reaction. She knew how much Anbu were always keeping surveillance over the Hokage - as if he wasn't already strong enough to protect himself - and she wouldn't be surprised if a million and some Anbu were to start crowding the place in the next second; all ready to kill, capture or whatever, upon the Hokage's order. She was ready for death, jail, or whatever came though since she didn't mind them one bit.

"Please don't be alarmed about this Lord Hokage, but, what would you say if I was to say I was a member of the famous organization, Akatsuki, and I was here to negotiate a treaty of sort between you and us." Ren just lifted an amused eyebrow and make himself more comfortable in his seat, and just gave a smile at the woman, many would be wondering....why hasn't the Hokage called tons of Anbu, took her to the T & I department and ordered them to interrogate the woman and give him all the information of the Akatsuki then put her in one of the most coldest cell and take out of her chakra with The Aburame kikaichu bugs and just for good measure use the Hyuga's Eight Trigrams: 128 palms to close every tenketsus in her body and put her in chakra draining cuffs....but he was not like that, he was a kind Hokage, a ruthless and emotionless shinobi may have done that, but not him, so he just said to the women, as some Anbu who were hiding in the corners of the room tensed their muscle, waiting for what their Hokage would say. "Well miss, I would say thats a big thing to say, since the Akatsuki was destroyed, but if what my informants around the Elemental Nations told me is correct, then the Akatsuki is going to be active again, the only thing I ask miss, is what sort of treaty do you wanna sort between me and your organization, or just you in particular?...and also....could you give me your name, or an alias if you aren't comfortable in giving me your real name?"

Kaine been set at a good bit of comfort once the Hokage had finished his respond to her sudden statement - not like someone would have noticed she was nervous anyway since she knew how to hide her emotions. She moved a bit in her seat as she could sense that the Anbu were in fact ready to take her down if the Hokage said so. She wasn't actually afraid of the Anbu, but no matter how much she, ore anyone, tried to convince themselves she knew she couldn't help fearing death, so she was a bit uneasy even if the Hokage didn't take any hostile action... yet. Although, somehow, she could feel that Ren was just as nice mentally as his physicality suggests.

Addressing the smallest detail first she decided to give her name. "Sorry, I didn't introduce myself personally. I'm Kaine Nier. Since I hope to start a treaty I wish to establish a trusting relationship between us both, so feel assure that that is in fact my actual name." With that said could move on to the real matter: the treaty. "Very well. The treaty isn't actually a official one as my leader hasn't actually given the okay for this. But I rather to have more of a private treaty between your village and I that is not actually for myself, but rather for the sake of the organization." She stopped to see his reaction to what she had to say so far, not wanting to forced too much down his throat at once.

Once she thought he took everything in she continued: "Moving on. The main factor in the treaty is that I hope that your village will support the Akatsuki in its endeavors even if slightly. We, or rather I, hope that your village will support in the need of things such as information and resoruces if ever needed, as well as military power if ever needed. Of course, I do not hope to get your village into any sort of trouble with any of the other villages so we can keep this private if that is to your liking."

She stopped to see his reaction once more, then she extended her senses to see if the Anbu were gone or not - although she knew very well they weren't, and so she did it rather to distract herself. "I hope all of this isn't too much, but I'm willing to compromise to any of your terms, as long as these terms do not hurt our organization in anyway. If you may, feel free to state as many terms as you see fit, even if your advantages out way ours. Of course, as stated, this is mainly a treaty between yourself and I, so I hope that you may try to keep my allies out of this as much as possible as I take full and utter responsibility." All of it was a bit much to say, leaving Kaine a bit tired after it all, but she always preferred to lay things down on the table immediately.

"Very well. The treaty isn't actually a official one as my leader hasn't actually given the okay for this. But I rather to have more of a private treaty between your village and I that is not actually for myself, but rather for the sake of the organization." When the girl, now named Kaine Nier, looked at him, he nodded at her, showing her that he understood so far.

"Moving on. The main factor in the treaty is that I hope that your village will support the Akatsuki in its endeavors even if slightly. We, or rather I, hope that your village will support in the need of things such as information and resoruces if ever needed, as well as military power if ever needed. Of course, I do not hope to get your village into any sort of trouble with any of the other villages so we can keep this private if that is to your liking." She stopped to see his reaction once more, Ren just have a calm look on his face, showing again that he understood what she had say so far.

"I hope all of this isn't too much, but I'm willing to compromise to any of your terms, as long as these terms do not hurt our organization in anyway. If you may, feel free to state as many terms as you see fit, even if your advantages out way ours. Of course, as stated, this is mainly a treaty between yourself and I, so I hope that you may try to keep my allies out of this as much as possible as I take full and utter responsibility."

The Hokage nodded and took everything Kaine said in stride, he mulled over the pros and cons of this and said. "I understand everything you have say to me thus far, and my conditions are this. One, you don't attack any leaf shinobi if they don't act hostile to you first. Second, you also support our village if you hear any of the other village start to plan to destroy or invade the leaf. Third, if you ever see outside of the village a leaf shinobis in need, and you are on your own instead of with your comrades of the akatsuki, please help them in any way you can...oh also here" Here the Hokage took out some papers, look and them and started writing something in them, after looking at the papers again, he nodded and put in them the Hokage's stamp of approval, showing that the Hokage agree with anything inscribed in this document. He handed her this. "Show this to any leaf shinobi that doubt you and they will shut up pretty quickly, after all, that stamp has my chakra, and nobody, not even the best seal master, can duplicate my chakra signature and my stamp of approval" Ren then gave the girl a grin, happy that this meeting when good so far.

Kaine did the listening now as she took Ren's terms, listening carefully to make sure she didn't forget anything, thus risking breaking the treaty. She particularly kept a keen ear for the possibility the Hokage might request anything ridiculous. Negotiating with a criminal organization, especially when only a single person came to negotiate, she would expect him to take advantage of the situations much as he could and try to get a s much out of her and organization as possible. But no such ridiculous terms ever came. All of them were reasonable, and respectively within her capabilities.

She had detected he was a good person, but she wasn't one hundred percent sure. But given how he negotiated, she was surprised. If he wanted it wasn't hard for him to threaten her life and get whatever he wanted from her. Maybe he thought that she actually had backup to company her if ever they were to attempt anything on her? Again, she didn't feel it was that; she felt actual generosity from him, something she wasn't expecting coming from a group of 'criminals'.

Closing her eyes, Kaine smiled in pleasantry since she was more than pleased with the circumstances. She opened her eyes once more, as she replied, "Very well. I accept your terms." She watched as he scribbled down some stuff on paper, and took the time to distract herself once more by checking for the Anbu. Still there of course. She started scoping the room as her mind always wanted to detail things. He distracted her during her examination of the room and she took the papers. When he grinned she nodded and took the papers, replying with a simple, "Thank you." She took the paper, only taking a few seconds to scan it over then she fold it up as delicate as she could as to not create too much wrinkles and creases, then placed it in her weapon pouch.

"I am pleased with your level of cooperation Lord Hokage." With business semi-officially done, Kaine felt a little bit more at ease now. Having walked to the village for the past five days, she was in desperate need of some rest - which to her was always a long hot bath and a good book. "Well if you'll excuse me Hokage I intend to spend a day or two in your village. I can understand if you still don't trust me so I'll understand if you intend keep surveillance during the period of my stay." With that said she started towards the door leaving the Hokage to his business.

"Is not that I don't trust you, it that it much better to sometimes follow protocol, otherwise the elders and some clan head would question my sanity or something like that..." Here the Hokage stood and putted his Hokage hat down, making his long black hair, do a waterfall like motion on his back, some bangs also got to his face, to he brushed then aside, now only having two locks of black hair at either side of his face, he gave Kaine a smile and walked with her to the door and said. "I could show you the village today if you want me too, or I could dispatch and Anbu to escort to you to the Hokage's Mansion and rest in one of the guest room, and tomorrow I could show you the village, you must be tired so I let you to rest for now." Here the Hokage waved his hand to the right, and an Anbu with a dog mask appeared quickly while he bowed to one knee to the Hokage. "Inu, please escort miss Kaine to my Mansion, she need her rest." The Anbu nodded his head once and stood up said to the Hokage as well to the girl. "Hai Hokage-sama!. Please miss Kaine follow to the Hokage's Mansion" And with that the Anbu escorted the woman through the village and to straight to the Hokage Mansion.

Kaine smiled at his sudden request, feeling pleased by his invitation. She would definitely take up his offer tomorrow. For today she simply wanted to relax from her trip to the village. "Very well, I'll take you up on that offer since I wouldn't mind getting to know the village a bit better while I'm here, thatw ay it'd be easier to navigate during any of my further visits."

After that Kaine nodded to Ren and then the Anbu, known as Inu, as he lead her to the Hokage Mansion. Arriving, she was impressed, but not entirely surprised by the building where the Hokage lived. Of course she knew he'd have such a luxurious place, since he was the Hokage, so she was simply just impressed for the time being. The inside was just as impressive of course, making her thankful that she had a Anbu to show her around to where exactly she was going to be sleeping, and especially where the bathroom was.

"Can you please show me to the bathroom?" She inquired from the Anbu, only to have him look at her. She stared at him questionably, sort of ready for the event that he would try anything, but he simply dashed off leaving her in the living room of the large building. She sighed as she thought of the entire situation. She knew that this treaty wasn't going to entirely go peacefully, as there would always be the issue of trust from the leaf, but she thought that the Anbu were at least going to show her a tad bit of courtesy if the Hokage had agreed. Guess those hopes were down the drain.

She knew that Anbu were definitely still watching her in the lonely house, somewhere and somehow, but she didn't ask for any of them to show her where to stay since she would expect them to act the same as the last. She settled on finding the bathroom first. Curiosity had gotten to her, making her want to roam the house a bit to see where her room and everything else was, but she the Anbu were likely going to stop her from roaming too much; also, she still wanted to take a bath badly. She was hoping though that whenever Ren would come he would show her around.

Finding the bathroom Kaine entered, not bothering to lock the door since she was already being watched by Anbu. She sighed and looked at the large bathroom. She always enjoyed a clean bathroom like this with a nice bathtub such as the one this one had. Due to taking baths so familiar as a hobby the bathroom had become on of her favorite place, so seeing nice ones were always the best.

She turned on the bathtub tap, filling it with hot water, and picked up a good liquid soap to fill it with. She knew Anbu were still watching her, and even if she bath sooner or later they would be watching her either way. Nevertheless, regardless, she never had had a shame with her body being watched, so she began removing her clothes, starting with her negligee. With all of that done, she eased her way into the bathtub, letting the hot water go to work on her joints.

She pulled a book she had taken along with her from her weapons pouch, pulling it to the last page she had left off on. She couldn't exactly focus on reading the book though, neither could she exactly enjoy the bath, as her mind began to ponder if this treaty was exactly a good idea. It wasn't that she didn't trust the Hokage. He had a trusting aura, so it definitely wasn't that. But what really worried her was if the Akatsuki would really be okay if ever they found out about this.

She had no intention on telling them, but she wouldn't put it pass them to find out somehow, especially since two of the organizations member's were Uchihas. And if ever they were to find out, it won't exactly be good for her since they, especially Mr. Leader, Daichi, had made it clear that they didn't want any form of allies. She was willing to die if it were their choice that she needed to die to their hands, since she would do anything for their sake, but she wasn't so completely sure on dying since she did the treaty entirely for the sake of them.

Sighing, Kaine closed her eyes, resting her book aside as she was far too frustrated to read. She needed to rest her mind; she was thinking far too much; they were unlikely to find out about it. She started drifting asleep easily since she hadn't had much sleep during her travel. By the time she wake up Ren should probably be home she figured, at least that way he could show her to her room. Sleeping in the bathtub was find, but her skin would wrinkle if she did it over night, so she had no plans on doing it.

Daichi adjusted his cloak around himself as the night drew upon the city of Konoha. His black glinted in the fading sunlight as he watching silently outside the window of the Kage's office. He had heard everything... But the true intentions of his new member were still a mystery. Was she really a traitor to the organization? Was she attempting to trick the Hokage? There were a multitude if possibilities, and even with his Sharingan he could not see people's intentions. Suddenly, the young Uchiha exploded into a dozen crows, each cawing and cooing as Dai's control left them. A passing ANBU guard saw them disperse, thinking nothing of the disturbance. Perhaps just a fight over food...

Meanwhile, Daich sat within his room, deep within the fallen Uchiha Hideout. He opened his eyes, releasing the Sharingan they bore. "Hmmm..." he muttered softly, "What are we going to do about this..?"
